1. About Our Services

Caribbean Travel & Logistics acts as a travel agency and intermediary arranging reservations and travel-related services provided by independent third-party suppliers, including hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, and other travel service providers.

Caribbean Travel & Logistics does not own, operate, or control the independent suppliers providing the travel services booked through us.

2. Quotes, Rates & Availability

All quotes are based on rates and availability available at the time the quote is prepared.

Rates, availability, room categories, promotions, taxes, fees, and supplier conditions may change before a reservation is completed and confirmed.

Receiving a quote, approving an option, or submitting payment does not by itself guarantee availability or constitute final confirmation of a reservation.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after Caribbean Travel & Logistics successfully completes the booking with the applicable supplier and provides the traveler with a confirmation number or booking voucher.

3. Specific Booking Conditions

Each hotel, resort, airline, cruise line, rate, or travel service may have its own cancellation, modification, refund, no-show, deposit, payment, and restriction policies.

Before payment, the traveler will be provided with the material conditions applicable to the selected booking whenever those conditions are available from the supplier.

The specific supplier and rate conditions applicable to a reservation form part of the booking agreement and control where they differ from these general Terms & Conditions regarding that particular service.

4. Payments

Payment requirements vary depending on the supplier, selected rate, and service being booked.

When payment is made to Caribbean Travel & Logistics, the traveler must submit payment using an authorized payment method and within the stated deadline.

When a supplier requires or permits direct payment by the traveler, Caribbean Travel & Logistics may arrange the reservation without receiving the accommodation or travel-service payment directly.

Payments that require processing or settlement are not considered received until successfully confirmed.

5. Caribbean Travel & Logistics Service Fees

Caribbean Travel & Logistics may charge professional service fees for services including, but not limited to, travel research, itinerary planning, air ticketing assistance, complex or multi-carrier itineraries, booking management, changes, cancellations, and other requested services.

Any applicable service fee and its purpose will be clearly disclosed before payment is requested.

Certain service fees may be non-refundable once the applicable professional service has been performed, subject to the terms disclosed to the traveler and applicable law.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are determined by the specific supplier and rate selected.

Depending on the reservation, cancellation conditions may include free cancellation before a stated deadline, partial penalties, one or more nights of the reservation, percentage-based penalties, or a penalty of up to the full booking amount for non-refundable reservations.

Travelers should submit cancellation requests to Caribbean Travel & Logistics as soon as possible.

A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is subject to the conditions applicable to the selected supplier and rate.

When a reservation qualifies for a refund, Caribbean Travel & Logistics will process or facilitate the eligible refund through the appropriate payment channel.

Applicable supplier penalties and previously disclosed non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier, payment processor, payment method, and financial institution.

8. Changes & Modifications

Requests to change travel dates, traveler names, occupancy, room categories, hotels, destinations, itineraries, or other booking components are subject to supplier approval and availability.

Changes may result in rate differences, supplier penalties, loss of promotional pricing, cancellation and rebooking requirements, or additional Caribbean Travel & Logistics service fees that are disclosed before processing.

No requested change is confirmed until written confirmation is provided.

9. No-Shows, Late Arrivals & Unused Services

Failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation may be treated as a no-show by the supplier.

No-show penalties may include up to the full value of the reservation depending on the applicable supplier conditions.

Unused nights, services, or benefits voluntarily not used by the traveler may be non-refundable.

10. Traveler Information

The traveler is responsible for providing complete and accurate information required for each reservation.

Names and personal details must match the traveler's applicable travel documents when required.

Travelers must review all booking confirmations promptly and notify Caribbean Travel & Logistics immediately of any error.

Caribbean Travel & Logistics is not responsible for additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the traveler when the reservation was processed accurately based on the information received.

11. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents required for their trip, including passports, visas, residency documents, entry authorizations, health documentation, and any other governmental requirements.

Entry and transit requirements may change.

Caribbean Travel & Logistics may provide general travel information as a courtesy but does not provide legal, immigration, medical, or governmental advice.

Travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate authorities before departure.

12. Independent Travel Suppliers

Hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers are independent businesses.

Caribbean Travel & Logistics acts as an intermediary in arranging travel services and does not control the day-to-day operations, personnel, facilities, schedules, or business decisions of independent suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights a traveler may have under applicable law.

13. Supplier Changes

Travel suppliers may modify accommodations, services, schedules, room assignments, amenities, or other elements of a reservation.

When Caribbean Travel & Logistics receives notice of a material change, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the traveler and assist with available options.

Any refund, replacement, credit, or compensation resulting from a supplier-originated change is subject to the supplier's applicable terms and the traveler's legal rights.

14. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Travel services may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Caribbean Travel & Logistics, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, civil disturbances, public-health events, supplier disruptions, or similar extraordinary circumstances.

Cancellation, modification, credit, or refund options in these situations will depend on the applicable supplier terms and any rights available under law.

15. Pricing or Availability Errors

Caribbean Travel & Logistics makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing and reservation information.

If a material pricing, availability, or booking error is discovered before confirmation, the traveler will be informed before the reservation is completed.

The traveler may accept the revised terms or decline to proceed.

16. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Travelers should contact Caribbean Travel & Logistics promptly if they believe there is an error concerning a payment, cancellation, refund, or reservation.

A payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel a confirmed reservation or override applicable supplier cancellation conditions.

When appropriate, Caribbean Travel & Logistics may provide the payment processor or financial institution with records related to the transaction, including quotes, authorizations, confirmations, communications, applicable policies, and proof of services provided.

Nothing in this section limits legitimate consumer rights under applicable law or payment-network rules.

17. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance or travel protection is not included unless expressly stated in writing.

Travelers should consider whether appropriate travel protection is suitable for their trip, particularly when purchasing restricted or non-refundable travel services.

18. Communications

Travelers are responsible for providing a valid email address and telephone number and for monitoring communications related to their reservation.

Caribbean Travel & Logistics may communicate with travelers by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication methods accepted by the traveler.

Travelers should promptly notify us if their contact information changes.

19. Geographic Availability

Caribbean Travel & Logistics may limit the availability or sale of certain services in jurisdictions where registration, authorization, licensing, or other regulatory requirements apply.

Submission of a travel request or quote request does not guarantee that Caribbean Travel & Logistics can complete the requested transaction until applicable eligibility requirements have been verified.

20. Booking Confirmation & Voucher

After a reservation has been successfully completed, Caribbean Travel & Logistics will provide the traveler with the applicable booking confirmation or voucher.

This may include the traveler's name, supplier, hotel or resort, destination, travel dates, room category, meal plan, confirmation number, booking status, and relevant booking conditions.

Travelers must review the confirmation promptly and report any discrepancy.

21. Acceptance of These Terms

Before completing payment, travelers may be required to electronically acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions together with the specific cancellation, modification, and refund conditions applicable to their booking.

By completing the required electronic acceptance and proceeding with payment, the traveler acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review the applicable terms before completing the transaction.
